Gary Goodman is the owner and President of Goodman Accountancy Corporation. Mr Goodman specializes in individual, corporate, partnership, real estate, gift, trust, small business and estate tax issues. He has been in business in San Rafael since 1974. He is active in professional and community organizations as well as local law enforcement organizations. He was past president of The North Bay Chapter of The Society of California Accountants and current and past director of several local banking institutions and community service organizations.

Roswitha Winter is an estate, gift and income tax specialist. She has over 35 years of experience in all phases of tax planning and preparation. She has been with the firm since 1974 and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1985. She is a member of the National and California Association of Enrolled Agents and a member of the Society of California Accountants.

Andrey Urakov joined Goodman Accountancy Corporation in January of 2008. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento where he earned a Master of Science degree in Accountancy, he specializes in individual tax return preparation. Andrey is a member of several professional associations including the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National and California Society of Enrolled Agents.

Faye specializes in corporate and partnership tax return preparation. She is an expert in payroll, sales tax, and business property tax matters and all phases of accounting through financial statements.
